Position Overview
We are a rapidly growing insurance agency serving companies around Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will help customers with their commercial insurance needs, identify additional opportunities to serve them, and provide an outstanding, effortless experience. You will work in a team-oriented environment where a positive attitude and commitment to excellence are highly valued.

Required Qualifications
- Tech savvy – flip phones need not apply
- Comfortable with electronic communication systems and eager to learn
- Willingness to quote business on different carrier websites
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word and internet navigation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change
- A P&C license is a plus (training available if needed)

- Compensation: Salary between $32k-$35k plus commission on new business premium written
