Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for the next day by ensuring all areas—from the kitchen to the front porch—are spotlessly clean.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work efficiently during the third shift to lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel.

Required Qualifications

• A passion for maintaining a clean, well-kept space as a foundation for great hospitality.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable working overnight in a quiet, focused environment.
• Willingness to learn—no prior restaurant experience is required.
