We recruit entry-level Staff Accountants (0–1 years' experience) for dynamic teams in Assurance – working hands‐on with a diverse client base – and Small Business Advisory, where you’ll mix tax, compilations, bookkeeping, and advisory services. This is an in‐person position that reports directly to the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements/tax returns and related accounting/assurance tasks.
• Effectively apply technology tools and software in assigned areas.
• Recognize and proactively support the firm’s commitment to quality client service.
• Anticipate issues and keep senior staff informed of engagement or project status.
• Comply with firm practice management and quality control procedures.
• Develop an awareness of budget constraints in relation to the workload on files.
• Contribute to fostering an environment of teamwork and ethical values.
• Learn and apply the firm’s policies, AICPA standards, and industry pronouncements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting (or related field) with 150 credit hours andCPA Eligibility in 2025.
• 0–1 years’ experience – new college graduates welcome!
• CPA certification or progress toward completion.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use various firm technologies and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations and technical writing.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
