Responsibilities of Warehouse Loader:

  • Perform material transportation tasks by operating seated forklifts and reach trucks to facilitate movement within and between production and storage sites
  • Store and organize materials on racks to satisfy inventory and operational needs
  • Transport items like finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies safely within the facility
  • Carry out the necessary tasks for loading and unloading pallets and trucks when needed
  • Verify the condition of forklifts through daily inspections to uphold their operational capability
  • Conduct material movement tracking and scanning functions within the realm of inventory management
  • When necessary, utilize tools powered by batteries for efficiency
  • Keep the staging and storage areas in a state of cleanliness and orderliness
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations along with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Cultivate strong communication practices with team members and supervisors to enhance the overall productivity and success of the team

Requirements of Warehouse Loader:

  • Current Warehouse Loader's certification (or the intention to get certified soon after starting the job)
  • Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, and those with prior roles in warehouses or manufacturing are encouraged to apply
  • Follow all GMPs and company safety policies with precision and dedication
  • Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in environments with fluctuating noise levels and temperatures
  • Competent in performing monotonous duties with a keen eye on accuracy
