Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote, creative team. This role is focused on crafting exceptional, user-centered digital experiences for a variety of web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final visual design, ensuring intuitive navigation and engaging interactions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and visual design aesthetics. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective design solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting user research
• Developing user personas and journey maps
• Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Defining style guides and design systems
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers
• Iterating on designs to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices in accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with user testing methodologies and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills to thrive in a virtual environment
• Comfortable presenting design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively
