Key Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with patients during treatment sessions
  • Operate and monitor our high-tech TMS therapy machine
  • Use tools like gratitude, journaling, and goal-setting to encourage patient growth
  • Track and document patient progress to share with medical staff
  • Provide a steady, supportive presence throughout each patient’s care journey

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, education, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A kind, composed, and positive attitude
  • A passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and valued
