Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Aftertreatment Software (AT) controls and diagnostic features to guide customers during calibration development and help meet AT performance design targets.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software behavior using customer-provided data to identify the root cause of system malfunctions.
  • Support and actively participate with the Test team to schedule and run bench tests for troubleshooting suspected software defects.
  • Present technical proposals for calibration strategies to external customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for technical problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AUTOSAR and proficiency in writing MATLAB and Simulink scripts/functions.
  • Experience working with time series or recorded data, including plotting, manipulating vectors/arrays/matrices, and performing statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with vehicle On-board Diagnostics (OBD), software calibration, and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
  • Background in Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
