This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive engagement, attendance, and revenue for their sports properties and related ventures. You will oversee all aspects of sports marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, event promotion, media relations, and partnership activation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sports industry, consumer behavior, and the Las Vegas market. Responsibilities include developing innovative campaigns that resonate with sports enthusiasts, managing marketing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with athletes, teams, sponsors, and media outlets. Experience in event marketing, digital strategy, and creative campaign development is essential. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative and enhancing the overall fan experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for sports properties and events.

- Report on key marketing metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree: preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sports marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Track record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful sports marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the sports industry, fan engagement strategies, and marketing channels.
- Digital marketing: Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
- Sponsorship activation: Strong understanding of sponsorship activation and partnership management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Budget management: Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing performance data.
- Market experience: Experience in the Las Vegas market or with large-scale entertainment events is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
