Job Overview

we are the company with 50M revenue company with 24 years of operating history across 5 countries — and we just opened our Atlanta office 2 months ago. We're building something special here, and we need the right people to grow with us from the ground up.

This is an entry-level direct sales and marketing role. You don't need years of experience or a polished resume — what we're looking for is someone hungry, coachable, and ready to bet on themselves. We represent our clients face-to-face in the field, and we do it better than anyone.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients through direct, face-to-face customer engagement in the Atlanta market — presenting campaigns, connecting with customers, and generating results in the field every day.
• Track your own KPIs, hit weekly targets, and actively participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development workshops.
• As you develop, take on mentorship responsibilities — coaching newer team members and stepping into leadership as you move up the career path.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required. We provide full, structured 1-on-1 training from day one — what we need is the right attitude, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset. You take ownership of your results, you're not looking for excuses, and you want to push your potential as far as it can go.
• Strong communication and professionalism. You'll be the face of our clients in the field — punctuality, presentation, and people skills matter from the very first day.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
