Recruiter - Entry Level (Sept 2025 Start Date)

Position Overview

Through the new Acadomi program, recent graduates are invited to kick-start their careers in IT staffing with a comprehensive 3‑month training program, hands‑on mentorship, and growth opportunities working with seasoned recruiters and account executives. This role offers a pathway from training into a full‑time Technical Recruiter position based in our Dallas office, with an anticipatedSept 2ndstart date.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3‑month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting (Start Date: Sept 2nd).
• Work closely with a Team Lead to develop skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission.
• Gain experience in cold calling, prospecting, and engaging new business opportunities.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical experience and determine job fit.
• Format resumes and submittal packages to highlight candidates’ key skills for client reviews.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to negotiate pay rates and ensure satisfaction for both candidates and clients.
• Meet minimum weekly metrics, including phone interviews and candidate submittals for open positions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
