Junior Business Development Specialist - IT Recruitment

Position Overview

Pinpoint Recruitment is a leading recruitment firm specializing in IT staffing solutions that connect top-tier technology talent with innovative companies. As a Remote Business Development Specialist in our IT recruitment division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our services in the technology sector. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will equip you for success.

Compensation:This is a 100% commission only role to start. Hit your goal and we will offer a full-time salaried position plus industry leading commissions and bonuses.Pay:Up to $250,000.00 per year.

Job Details:Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: Remote; Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday; Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Yearly bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients over the phone.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals over the phone.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment in client needs and service delivery.
• Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Recruiting or Human Resources related field is a plus, although not required.
• A passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
