Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to Fanatics customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest changes to improve the customer experience
- Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Represent the Fanatics brand in a positive manner
