Key Responsibilities

• Create welcoming experiences for each guest by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and lifestyle.
• Act as a product knowledge expert by selling and promoting a wide variety of apparel, from private labels to name brands and tailored clothing.
• Contribute to developing a highly customer-centric sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling techniques, behavior, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college or university degree is advantageous but not required.
• Expertise in delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems and complaints.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
