  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost visibility and generate leads.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to manage branding efforts, craft press releases, and foster positive relationships with media outlets.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility across search engines and improve organic reach.
  • Oversee graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce engaging visual content.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in content creation—writing compelling copy, editing videos with video editing software, and capturing professional photography.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce integration.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop impactful Facebook Advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, media contacts, customers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before publication.
  • Experience in branding initiatives that reinforce brand identity across all channels.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies tailored for e-commerce platforms to drive online sales effectively.
