Job Description

Position Overview

In this role, you will work under minimal supervision to support daily Supply Chain functions—including creating requisitions, supply ordering, receiving, and distribution—in a variety of settings such as warehouses, clinics, labs, or off‐site Medical Office Buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all day-to-day Supply Chain functions to meet departmental and customer needs.
  • Generate requisitions for purchase orders to procure needed supplies.
  • Receive and/or oversee the receipt of all inbound freight into the facility.
  • Deliver and/or oversee the delivery of medical supplies and other freight to appropriate locations.
  • Store supplies in designated locations and establish and maintain par levels as needed.
  • Track outstanding orders and follow up with vendors regarding backorders, partial shipments, and delays.
  • Contact vendors and representatives to obtain price quotes and other necessary information.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Assist the Manager in collecting data for analytics, requiring proficiency in Excel.
  • Communicate via official e-mail and utilize provided electronic devices to scan and track equipment.
  • Assist the Manager in coordinating and monitoring staff activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a related field or 2 years of college-level coursework in a related field
  • Experience in supply chain operations
