Position Overview
Our company is an independent marketing organization (IMO) in the financial services industry—specifically in the insurance marketplace.
We serve clients by acting as their independent advisor and broker for life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, medicare, and senior benefits. We are remaking the industry for agents by agents, where each agent owns their book of business. We would love for you to join us!
Our organization is expanding rapidly into new territories and is looking for Life Insurance Agents and Sales Representatives to build around.No Sales or Industry Experience Required – we will teach, coach, and train you 100%.
This is a commission only role with Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year and a Job Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients about befitting risk management strategies
- Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
- Explore the needs of business or individual customers and propose plans or services
- Find opportunities and build relationships with potential customers using networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular progress reviews and present them to interested parties
- Organize bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
- Meet goals for finding new clients and selling insurance products and services
- Stay informed about market trends and updates in insurance products and services
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Be willing to be trained in our proven platform of success
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to meet face-to-face with clients
