Our team is dedicated to creating consistent and scalable solutions, working closely with key suppliers and cross‑functional partners including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to drive innovation and operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and complex hardware systems for our emerging material handling solutions and improve existing hardware to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Design and troubleshoot custom electro‑mechanical systems from the ground up.
  • Execute product designs from concept to production including specification, design, prototyping, validation, and testing.
  • Own the detailed design and performance of electro‑mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure smooth product launch.
  • Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
  • Exhibit role‑model behaviors of mechanical engineering best practices, thorough and predictive analysis, and cradle‑to‑grave ownership.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with prototyping and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Solid Works simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools.
  • Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume.
