Position Overview
As a Lead Graphic Designer for Real Estate Marketing, you'll be an essential part of our property marketing team, empowering commercial real estate owners to effectively showcase their properties and development projects to prospective tenants and brokers. We are seeking a talented and imaginative designer with exceptional attention to detail. You will manage multiple projects seamlessly and produce high-quality marketing materials. Key Responsibilities
- Bring ideas to life by delivering exceptional creative work from concept to final execution, demonstrating a modern approach to graphic design.
- Innovate and generate unique ideas that resonate with target audiences while aligning with client goals.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies, proposing fresh solutions to elevate our design offerings.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to create engaging creative assets and cohesive brand packages that fulfill project requirements.
- Create compelling artwork for both print and digital mediums that enhance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists to forge comprehensive brand identities from the ground up.
- Adapt new brand identities across various marketing materials, including websites, brochures, social media content, direct mail, proposals, presentations, and environmental graphics.
- Present your designs to stakeholders, effectively communicating your design rationale to secure approval and support.
- Assess and recommend local marketing production service providers for elements such as typography, paper, and printing.
- Offer design guidance to clients and team members, fostering a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Maintain design integrity when liaising with external vendors on production.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as necessary, supporting overall team success.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Fine Arts or Master of Fine Arts degree is preferred, with 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to deliver timely and courteous support to internal clients.
- Experience in effectively presenting information.
- Ability to manage project budgets and cost estimations.
- Analytical skills to interpret multifaceted documents and solve complex challenges.
- A robust background in graphic design, including principles of print and web publishing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a requirement, while familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with basic knowledge of MS Excel. Project management and editing capabilities are also beneficial.
- Sound decision-making skills concerning procedures and business practices to meet project timelines.
