Growth & CRM Marketing Manager, VaynerCommerce

Position Overview

VaynerCommerce is a digital-first consulting firm established by former Shopify Plus employees to drive sustainable growth for modern brands. As theGrowth & CRM Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement email/SMS marketing programs that propel our clients’ growth while collaborating with a cross-functional team across data, creative, and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Retention Channels (Email / SMS / Direct Mail)
• Partner with the growth lead and creative team to brief, build, and optimize highly relevant, targeted, and personalized email marketing programs at scale, including behavioral triggers, lifecycle series, sales promotions, customer engagement, retention, and transactional emails.
• Report on retention performance during client meetings with a focus on optimizations and strategies deployed.
• Help set up A/B tests, develop methodologies, and formulate hypotheses.
• Send campaign previews to stakeholders/clients and update campaigns based on feedback.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of automated flows.
• Optimize user segmentation and content personalization by leveraging user attributes, behavior, and preferences.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in developing and managing email marketing programs.
• Proven experience with direct-to-consumer growth across acquisition, retention, and on-site performance.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to draw insights from data, make recommendations, and take decisive action.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and creative thinker with a track record of tying programs to measurable business outcomes.
• Eagerness to learn, seek mentorship, and contribute innovative ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience in Klaviyo is desirable.
• Some experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, is desirable.

• Compensation:Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
