KPMG is currently seeking an Integration Support Lead Engineer (MuleSoft) to join our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MuleSoft, overseeing daily operations and system health, and collaborate with specialists to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication with stakeholders, and performing root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment issues by leveraging monitoring and logging tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and batch processes using Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, and CloudHub.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent enterprise integration experience, with practical expertise using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions, including API-led connectivity, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and DataWeave.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (HTTP/s, JMS, JDBC), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), as well as CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to independently triage and resolve complex technical issues and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.
