Position Overview

Sasquatch Agency, a leading Portland-based full-service marketing firm founded in 1995, is looking to add a Sr. Account Executive or Account Supervisor to work with our growing team. We partner with top local, regional, national, and international brands in the EAT, DRINK and PLAY segments – current clients include Reser’s Fine Foods, LouAna Cooking Oil, Oregon State Fair, GSI Outdoors, Mountain House Foods, Balsall Creek Vineyard, Revant Eyewear and many others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary agency point of contact for select clients as assigned.
  • Lead client relationships and strategy. Act as the primary and trusted, expert resource for clients. Earn their trust and know their business.
  • Foster collaboration internally and with clients.
  • Facilitate flow of project-related materials, project revisions, and documentation within participating departments, coordinating agency time and resources to meet client expectations and objectives.
  • Understand and critically assess client feedback and its implications for the work, objectives, and agency resources.
  • Conduct information-gathering exercises and ongoing education for the EAT & DRINK team, distilling research findings and becoming the category expert.
  • Develop and deliver both internal and client-facing presentations as needed.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer agency solutions to expand the scope of work.
  • Manage client and agency financials to ensure budgets, forecasts, and invoices align with client expectations and agreed-upon services.
  • Perform other project-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand marketing environment, with a strong preference for experience in the food, beverage or sporting goods space.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to move projects forward with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with standard business software including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools.
