Position Overview

Reality Labs brings together world‐class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together through products such as Ray-Ban Meta glasses, Quest, Horizon, and VR games. As part of the RL Marketing team, the Integrated Marketing Manager for Ray-Ban Meta will drive integrated, data‐driven marketing plans, ensuring effective storytelling and cross‐functional collaboration to move the needle on business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical rigor and deep understanding of audience dynamics along with brand and product knowledge to deliver marketing plans that truly move the needle.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies supporting an ambitious roadmap.
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across products and industries.
  • Create innovative briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—International Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning and Media investment, Creative X, Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing, and Product Management—to identify opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building via a wide-ranging media mix that delivers measurable results.
  • Proven ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights for developing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with media and creative agencies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a talent for building collaborative partnerships with product and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns concurrently while coordinating with various internal and external teams to ensure seamless and impactful program launches.
  • Background in consumer product categories such as consumer technology, wearables, and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing insights-driven brand and consumer marketing plans that resonate with audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and traditional media strategies.
  • Background working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products.
  • E-commerce and retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
