Position Overview
Dish is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team. In this role, you'll engage with 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service and offering the best solutions for their needs. Enjoy Compensation starting at $20.50/hour with uncapped commission opportunities and first-year on-target earnings of up to $68,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and offer the best solution.
- Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals.
- Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.
- Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Must have a smartphone or device with an active network connection.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
