Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to help fuel the expansion of a nationally recognized fitness brand. This role is perfect for someone with a year or two of sourcing or recruiting experience who's ready to level up and make meaningful contributions while working autonomously. Compensation Details: Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr. Job Type: Contract (2–3 Months, Potential to Extend or Convert to Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for a wide range of gym-based roles (from Club Managers to front-line staff) across multiple states.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Partner closely with the internal recruiting team to stay ahead of urgent staffing needs.
  • Step in on video interviews as needed once you're ramped up.
  • Occasionally support searches for corporate positions.
  • Stay organized and proactive while juggling a high volume of requisitions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in high-volume or frontline hiring.
  • Solid sourcing skills with experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and resume databases.
  • A self-starter mindset—able to work autonomously.
  • Agility and hustle—able to adapt quickly, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
  • Immediate availability to hit the ground running.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting both frontline and corporate hiring.
  • Familiarity with military/veteran recruitment pipelines.
