Data Entry, Dispatcher, Customer Service ($17 per hour salary)

Position Overview

Frontier Tech Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry, Dispatcher, and Customer Service representative. This full-time position is essential to our operations in the appliance repair industry, specifically focusing on refrigerators, washers, and dryers. As a key member of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, process data entries, and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely service delivery. You will report to our Downtown Dallas, TX office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In your first year, you will earn a compensation of $35,568 (or $17.00 per hour); after completing your first year, your salary will increase to $39,500 (or $19.00 per hour). Medical benefits will commence after 12 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
• Familiarity with appliance repair processes is beneficial.
