Pattonair USA Inc. D/B/A: Incora has a full-time opening for an EVP, Global Warehouse Operations in Fort Worth, TX.

Duties

Duties are to implement and standardized supply chain processes, methodologies and tools across the Americas; drive improvements in operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and other approaches. Develop roadmap for and execute the integration of legacy Pattonair and Wesco businesses in the Hardware Americas, driving efficiencies and synergies while ensuring customer service, quality and delivery metrics are maintained/improved. Support future M&A, such as operational due diligence and operational integration for acquisition. Drive the implementation of supply chain IT systems; scout for, select and implement new technologies and systems, such as WMS and TMS. Continuously build team capabilities through individual and team development programs. Enrich the analytical basis for supply chain systems, such as data science and statistical analysis to drive planning. Work across all Lines of Businesses and functional areas to identify and jointly implement cost saving and service enhancing opportunities and initiatives. Develop and maintain strong positive relationships and communication with key external customers, including the delivery of plans to optimize the value proposition. Represent the Hardware Americas to internal stakeholders, such as the CSuite and financial sponsors, and external stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers. Build a culture that supports the strategic direction of the organization, fostering an environment that values individual as well as team contributions, encourages innovation, champions change, and values diversity.

Requirements

Education: Master’s or its foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial engineering plus 3 years’ experience in a senior level management or an executive role in operations.

Specific Skill Sets:

  • 1 year experience in: distribution center in senior management role
  • deploying and/or implementing Lean sigma programs
  • aircraft/aerospace industry implementing Lean Sigma programs

Position Type: Hybrid position - in-office presence required at least 1 day per week.

Travel: Overall 35% short-term term travel of which 40% will be international and 60% will be domestic.

Location: Must live within metropolitan statistical area from worksite located at Fort Worth, Texas.
