Position Overview

Chainalysis has experienced rapid growth over the last few years. As Vice President of Marketing, you will help drive customer acquisition through various marketing channels. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for demand generation, customer marketing, field marketing, and digital marketing—managing a team that runs events, webinars, and campaigns across government, private, and commercial sectors worldwide.

Compensation Range: $287,500.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Scale Demand Generation for Revenue Growth: Design and lead an AI-driven demand generation engine leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and hyper-personalized outreach. Develop a multi-channel strategy that includes intent-based marketing and outbound AI-driven prospecting while redefining marketing funnel efficiency from MQL to SQL to closed-won revenue.
  • Transform Field & Digital Marketing into a Revenue Machine: Lead field marketing execution with tailored, high-impact programs. Optimize events for direct pipeline impact, oversee performance marketing, paid media, and account-based marketing, and leverage AI-driven digital marketing for dynamic content delivery.
  • Drive Marketing-Sales Alignment & Accountability: Establish a unified demand generation framework ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales and RevOps. Implement a real-time revenue attribution model with transparent ROI tracking across owned, paid, and earned media channels while fostering a data-first marketing culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing within a mid-to-large scale, high-growth organization, preferably in solution-selling environments with B2B SaaS products.
  • Sound business judgment with a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership and driving data-driven analyses.
  • Experience overseeing demand generation functions in support of an enterprise solutions salesforce.
  • Experience leading field marketing functions, including customer marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Located on the East Coast.
