Position Overview

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for B2B companies that leverages its proprietary Customer Generation methodology to drive SQLs and customers. As a forward-thinking organization, we empower talented individuals to craft data-driven strategies, optimize campaigns and fuel demand for innovative brands. In this role as Demand Generation Manager, you will manage a select portfolio of accounts, executing comprehensive performance marketing campaigns while interfacing directly with clients to exceed their targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients across channels
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy
• Project manage and organize your accounts
• Interface with customers, pitch strategies, and ensure campaign results are exceeded
• Apply deep technical knowledge in Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, execution, communication, and project management
• Ability to interface effectively with customers and pitch strategic initiatives
• Availability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SaaS background with deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO within the SaaS marketplace
• Exceptional T-shaped marketer with a creative spark for innovative marketing solutions

• Compensation: Annual base salary range of $80,000-$85,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility
