At Stillwater Insurance Group, a mid‐sized national provider of home, auto, and commercial insurance, you’ll be part of an energetic, positive, and friendly in‐office environment located in Omaha, NE on Southpoint Parkway. Enjoy accessible leadership, hands‐on learning of the insurance industry, and valuable career-building skills while working Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm Central time.

Key Responsibilities
- Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received through Stillwater’s phone and non-phone options in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve complex claims inquiries and determine when to involve others to ensure effective service and clear advice.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the team to improve the quality of customer care.
- Follow procedures to ensure adherence to company risk and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 6 months’ call center experience.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 32 WPM or more.
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
- Strong comprehension skills, professional demeanor, and solid oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish to English.
- Insurance knowledge.
