Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 3
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and implement design and build plan changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefits.
- Integrate changes across affected commodities and execute Build Integration milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes, providing necessary approvals.
- Facilitate collaboration across commodities and support team performance through process improvements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans and installation planning.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience in developing technical data packages for aircraft parts.
- Proficient in professional/technical writing and problem-solving in team settings.
- Experience with CATIA software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate stairs, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 35 pounds.
