Position Overview

Intel is hiring a Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Strategist for our new site in Ohio. This role is critical to Intel's future success as you develop and execute talent attraction strategies for key job openings and career pipelines. You will design recruitment marketing campaigns that focus on authentic storytelling while partnering with teams across Marketing, University Relations, and Employer Brand, as well as collaborating with job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create talent attraction strategies for key job openings and career pipelines.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns with a focus on authentic storytelling.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, University Relations, and Employer Brand.
  • Collaborate with account teams at various job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to launch paid media campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and measure campaign impact.
