The Role

You're not sitting behind a desk. You're out in the field, face to face with homeowners, setting demonstrations for our sales team.

As a Sales Representative you'll be working targeted neighborhoods in the Tampa area, engaging homeowners in conversations about home improvement and scheduling in-home product demonstrations. Transportation to and from the field is provided — as long as you can get to our Tampa office, we take care of the rest. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, and training is paid from day one.

What You'll Do

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversations about home improvement
• Schedule in-home product demonstrations for our sales team
• Represent Renuity professionally in every interaction
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing coaching from managers and team leads
• Work toward performance milestones and incentive benchmarks

Who You Are

• Driven, goal-oriented, and not afraid to knock on doors
• A natural people person with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and hungry to grow
• Experience in D2D, field marketing, or sports is a strong plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus
• Able to reliably get to our Tampa office each day

• Hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives
