Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manufacturing tasks including assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production and meet production goals.
- Continuously monitor product quality and report any defects or issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines to meet production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on production progress.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing tasks accurately.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as required.

Required Qualifications
