Job Description
Position Overview
At Gifthealth, we're revolutionizing the way people experience healthcare by simplifying prescription management and health services. In our Marketing and Brand team—the engine for patient acquisition and provider engagement—as a Marketing and Brand Specialist you will drive multi-channel campaigns and support brand consistency. This hybrid role is based out of our Columbus offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Assist in executing and optimizing digital and offline marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, paid media, and events.
- Manage Paid Digital Execution: Support the setup, monitoring, and performance tracking of paid digital campaigns, including Google Search Ads and social media advertising.
- Create and Own Content: Write, edit, and coordinate high-quality content such as blog posts, email copy, website landing pages, and social media updates while ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Support Brand Consistency: Act as a brand champion to ensure all external and internal materials adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Develop Collateral: Coordinate the creation of marketing and sales materials such as brochures, case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
- Digital Channels & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate Events Logistics: Manage logistics and promotion for virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and webinars.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS.
- Proven proficiency in key marketing tools including HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in executing or supporting paid digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Search Ads).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and brand voice.
- Data-aware mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and summarizing campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in digital marketing.
