Position Overview
Position: Entry Level Sales or Recruiting. Location: Austin, TX (on-site Monday-Friday). Compensation: base salary +uncapped commission potential. We are seeking a focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. In this role, you may assume responsibilities as an Entry Level Recruiter or an Entry Level Account Executive, playing a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants/contractors and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Entry Level Recruiter:
- Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Entry Level Account Executive:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities using interpersonal skills.
- Nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients.
- Manage and track market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
- Proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts.
- Determine and understand the business needs of clients and their ideal candidate profile.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Effectively negotiate pay rates.
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills, particularly on the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
