Job Description

Position Overview

Position: Entry Level Sales or Recruiting. Location: Austin, TX (on-site Monday-Friday). Compensation: base salary +uncapped commission potential. We are seeking a focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. In this role, you may assume responsibilities as an Entry Level Recruiter or an Entry Level Account Executive, playing a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants/contractors and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entry Level Recruiter:
    • Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
    • Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
    • Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
    • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Entry Level Account Executive:
    • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.
    • Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities using interpersonal skills.
    • Nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients.
    • Manage and track market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
    • Proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts.
    • Determine and understand the business needs of clients and their ideal candidate profile.
    • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
    • Effectively negotiate pay rates.
    • Work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and verbal skills, particularly on the phone
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
