Position Overview
At Rhombus, a company dedicated to making the world a safer place through innovative physical security solutions, the Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, building, and owning the marketing tech stack. You will help deliver greater value to our customers and improve internal efficiency while supporting robust marketing and sales operations. This hybrid role is based in Sacramento, CA (3 days/week in Sacramento; SF/Bay Area – 1 day/week) and requires candidates to be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 USD
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Rhombus’ HubSpot account and marketing operation strategy to improve data cleanliness, segmentation, efficiency, and revenue.
- Own and optimize lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle management to ensure high-quality leads reach Sales quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations, and evaluate/manage future integrations and third-party tools.
- Improve marketing reporting and attribution models to clarify marketing spend ROI from lead to revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Ops to maintain consistency and troubleshoot across go-to-market systems.
- Scale campaign operations, execution, and reporting across various marketing tactics including tradeshows, webinars, emails, and direct mail.
- Translate campaign requirements into scalable systems workflows to reduce manual steps and operational friction.
- Serve as the expert on tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting program setup, lead flows, integrations, and field mappings.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to develop scalable growth campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B IoT/SaaS marketing operations experience.
- 2-3 years of SQL experience, including writing queries, analyzing datasets, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with automation and CRM platforms, with advanced knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with lead routing tools and workflows, such as LeanData.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including lead funnels, routing, channel tracking, conversions, personalization, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects, implementing new technology, developing lead generation campaigns, launching ABM programs, and optimizing attribution models.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, improve processes, and leverage data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to connect campaign performance to company goals.
Preferred Qualifications
