Job Description
Position Overview
This position is Contract to Hire. COMPENSATION: $150,000 to $180,000 per year. Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
Experience required: 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off – backed by A/B test results and user insights
- Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
- Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
- Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
- Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
