Position Overview

As an Auto Sales Representative with the Brijay Automotive Group in Phoenix, you will play a crucial role in facilitating vehicle sales through our Buy Here Pay Here program. Your primary objective is to assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs while providing flexible financing options. This mid-entry level position requires some customer service experience and a deep understanding of our inventory and financing options to effectively communicate the benefits to potential buyers. If you want to learn the automotive sales industry and have the drive, our dedicated team is ready to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and financial capacities.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Assist customers in completing financing applications and explain payment options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and financing programs.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a communication device.
• Valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Buy Here Pay Here financing models.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and regulations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
