Job Description
Position Overview
CACI is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Lead responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). In this role, you will oversee a breadth of cybersecurity operations spanning hardware, software, policies, incident response, and compliance reporting, all aimed at maintaining warfighting readiness across the globe. Candidates must have a Top Secret clearance and demonstrate expert-level leadership in cybersecurity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity operations across hardware and software tools, sensors, and policies including incident response and compliance reporting.
- Assess cybersecurity policies, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex security issues, develop effective solutions, and manage incident responses to maintain compliance and readiness.
- Prepare and maintain artifacts to support RMF packages and achieve Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- Mentor cybersecurity personnel and provide technical expertise across multiple high-impact project assignments.
- Coordinate policy exception management and oversee vulnerability scanning, log management, and reporting of anomalous events.
Required Qualifications
- Adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to maintain it.
- BA/BS degree with 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
- Relevant certifications such as CGRC/CAP, CASP+, Cloud+, PenTest+, Security+, GSEC, or an ABET accredited/CAE designated degree.
- Proven experience in incident response, compliance reporting, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) support.
- Expertise in vulnerability scanning, log management, policy implementation, and coordination with government stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess emerging technologies and improve security postures.
- Experience guiding teams through RMF processes and achieving ATO milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and serve as a technical subject-matter expert.
