Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the full line of imaging systems product portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and targets.
  • Develop and refine business strategy for key accounts and territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with AE, DSL, DI, EDI, and Ultrasound Specialists to create strategies and action plans.
  • Document territory install base and establish plans to address all assigned accounts, including competitive accounts.
  • Articulate the broader Philips portfolio of offerings and match them with customer needs.
  • Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events and engaging stakeholders.
  • Identify customer pain points and address concerns through effective presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Medical Capital Sales Experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong business solution cases and solid closing skills.
  • Experience in building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong knowledge of competitive landscape and product positioning.
  • Demonstrated Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
  • Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real-time to match shifting demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology sales.
  • Familiarity with imaging systems and diagnostic equipment.
