We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT & InfoSec team as a Junior Specialist. In this role, you will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support to help maintain the security and efficiency of our IT systems and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate SaaS Management & Support:
    • Assist in managing and supporting the company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
    • Monitor usage and performance of SaaS platforms to ensure compliance with security policies.
    • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and optimize tool performance.
    • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all SaaS applications and ensure proper licensing.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Support onboarding of new employees by setting up accounts, providing system access, and configuring devices.
    • Ensure timely and secure offboarding, including account deactivation and recovery of company assets.
    • Create and update documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM):
    • Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems.
    • Participate in regular reviews and audits of access rights to ensure policy compliance.
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • User Support:
    • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents promptly.
    • Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in IT support or security-related roles.
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
