As an HR Employee Services Consultant within our HR Services Center of Excellence, you will work closely with leaders, managers, and employees to deliver high-quality guidance on HR policies and practices, driving innovative solutions that enhance the overall talent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for leaders and employees, offering support and coaching while minimizing business risks.
  • Partner with Talent Strategy Partners to gain insights into talent strategies and ensure successful execution.
  • Drive implementation for organizational projects such as role leveling and change management.
  • Build a performance-based culture by engaging with managers and coaching them on high performance.
  • Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters, including performance management and terminations.
  • Lead investigations into employee relations issues in collaboration with legal to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage ad hoc support and lead critical talent agenda projects.
  • Liaise with other HR Centers of Excellence to efficiently address employee and manager needs.
  • Contribute feedback to improve HR programs based on employee experiences.
  • Advise leaders on total compensation and equity issues alongside the Total Rewards team.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of the employee experience with a focus on service excellence.
  • Develop strong partnerships to enhance the overall employee experience and drive necessary changes.
  • Contribute to the global HR community to enhance the strategic value of our human resource function.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuasively present ideas and data.
  • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills for managing difficult conversations.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused mindset with an ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications are advantageous.

  • Compensation: Comprehensive Total Rewards package with a salary range of $67,000.00 - $87,100.00 USD, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
