Growth & Market Research (Business Development) Intern

Position Overview

The Growth and Market Research Intern supports our business development team as we pursue opportunities in the government Health and Human Services market. In this role you will analyze market data, research competitors, develop strategic operational models, and identify growth industries to drive new revenue. This internship offers hands‐on experience with general business principles, corporate organizational structure, and government process improvement, while collaborating with project teams, consultants, and senior management. The opportunity is remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to support the Business Development department.
• Support process improvements and project deliverables.
• Research potential market trends.
• Assist in special projects within the Business Development department.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a related degree, with a minimum of 2 years of coursework completed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient in standard computer applications including Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to effectively execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet, database, or reporting software for analysis.
• Demonstrated sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working or learning remotely is preferred.

Benefits & Perks

• Hourly pay range is competitive and commensurate with education and experience: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
• Benefits: Interns are eligible for benefits, and all computer equipment with digital system access is provided.
• Opportunity to complete the internship for academic credit (subject to academic program requirements).
• Commitment of 40 full-time hours per week during a 10-week summer program from Tuesday, May 27th to Friday, August 8th, 2025.
