We are seeking an exceptionally driven Account Executive to join our world-class team. In this role, you will implement sales strategies, exceed revenue targets, and drive strategic transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve customer satisfaction while ensuring the accuracy of sales projections.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to generate revenue and effectively promote our innovative solutions.
  • Develop and lead a sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Prospect by penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business.
  • Define and complete sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Develop and present proposals that build a case and establish value with customers.
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating with and selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), and other CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, specifically for IT-related spending.
  • Proven track record of personal development, increased responsibility, and thriving in evolving, demanding environments.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the company’s value via written and verbal communication.
  • Candidates must be based in Indianapolis, IN, despite this being a remote role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience and a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, software subscription services, or SaaS licensing methodologies.
  • Existing reseller and channel relationships.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $169,600.00 - $212,000.00 annually. The stated range is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment, with actual salary influenced by skills, qualifications, and experience. For commission-based roles, current pay transparency shows the On-Target Earnings (OTE).
  • Eligibility for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
