Job Description

Position Overview

We’re looking for top performing sales professionals who wake up to a full calendar of leads and thrive on chasing the rush of the deal! In this closer role you will take inbound scheduled sales calls generated by our marketing efforts, guide leads through the proprietary WFS selling framework, manage your pipeline, and maximize revenue through high ticket sales. While this role is not primarily outbound, we expect you to proactively seize additional opportunities between scheduled calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call game tape, and strategize your pipeline.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process (training provided).
  • Engage in deep, question-led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need and urgency for WFS products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals and buying motives.
  • Utilize WFS sales materials and tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom highlighting the key benefits and value.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting sales performance expectations.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices by tracking sales activities, managing leads and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
  • Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high ticket or consultative sales with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
