Position Overview

NIGHTS / FTE – 36h / 35k SOB

Department:

Medical Units 1 & 2

Schedule:

Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7p-7a) with weekend rotation

Facility:

St. John’s Hospital

Location:

Springfield, IL
Sign On: Up to $35,000 for external candidates
Compensation: Aligns with experience; Pay Range: $34.00 - $51.00

Differentials:

Shift and Weekend available for qualified hours worked

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required (Wisconsin: a valid multi-state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact rules is acceptable).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required based on the patient population.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
  • Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN) are preferred.
