Position Overview

We are seeking to hire a full-time Entry Level Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you are the primary contact for our clients. You start each day excited to establish new relationships while nurturing existing ones. By meeting with local business owners, you deliver product presentations, provide price quotes, and complete sales with superior customer service. Our mission is to create new markets and revenue streams for our clients on a national level, viewing clients as partners rather than customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures
  • Complete sales with local business owners through prospecting
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs
  • Meet customer requirements by providing personalized solutions
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
