Position Overview

Title:Creator Applications Representative
Location:Dallas, TX or Remote
Role Type:Full Time Employment
Hours:Thursday - Monday, 40 hours

In this role, you will help the LTK team onboard new creators to the LTK platform by processing applications. You will learn what makes an LTK creator and identify the characteristics that drive potential business growth and social media success. Work at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce while helping premier lifestyle creators run their digital businesses with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Creator applications and social media channels
• Provide updates and ensure proper routing of new creators to special-interest teams
• Attend team training sessions and meetings
• Review goals and reports with your manager
• Identify and report on trends in inbound applications
• Be accountable for your acceptance rates
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Support special projects to increase Creator growth and team functionality

Required Qualifications

• Independent with strong decision making skills
• Intrinsic sense of accountability
• Strong written communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility to LTK, the creators, and your peers
• Understanding of social media practices and familiarity with social media platforms and marketing
• Functional experience with multiple social media platforms
• Basic understanding of social media and creator marketing
• Interest in Influencer Marketing field
• Ability to work a Thursday - Monday work week for the foreseeable future
• A desire to support teammates and learn alongside fantastic people

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer relations
• Experience in or adjacent to influencer marketing
• Experience with Hubspot or similar ticketing system
• Passion for early-growth stage support and process optimization
