Account Representative- Client Services

Position Overview

Quadax is a national leader in Revenue Cycle Management for laboratories, offering premier healthcare revenue cycle tools backed by first‐class customer service. Our Account Representatives act as a vital conduit between clients – hospitals and physician practices billing medical insurance claims electronically – and Quadax. In this role, you will help clients leverage our Xpeditor software and related products to optimize their revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preferred location for this position is Grand Rapids or Lansing Michigan
• This is not a Sales position.
• Assist clients with setup, implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software, Xpeditor.
• Train current and new staff on product features and everyday use.
• Review multiple reports to identify billing trends for clients.
• Present additional products and features to clients.
• Contact insurance payers to research reasons for claim rejections or edits.
• Assist clients in writing and testing custom data converts during implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Michigan near Lansing or Grand Rapids
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Detail oriented with strong investigative and software troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange processes
• A personable approach with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with multiple clients
• A "jack of all trades" mentality to quickly learn essential functions across various departments supporting the Quadax product
• Sufficient public speaking skills
• Willingness to travel by plane with overnight stays
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
