Position Overview

iTrust Wellness is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our psychiatric medication management team. This role involves providing services through a hybrid model that includes both in-office and telepsychiatry. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric medication management services to patients aged 18-75.
  • Conduct initial appointments lasting 60 minutes and follow-up appointments lasting 15-30 minutes.
  • Collaborate with a supervising physician for case consultations and presentations during monthly meetings.
  • Participate in regular all-provider meetings to discuss improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Support patients in understanding their treatment goals and wellness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
  • Board certification in area of specialty: PMHNP preferred; AGNP or FNP acceptable with specific psych experience as an RN if new.
  • Active or eligible for unrestricted state licensure in South Carolina.
  • Active or eligible for prescriptive authority in South Carolina.
  • Active or eligible for DEA Controlled Substances licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in psychiatric settings as an RN for new AGNP or FNP applicants.
  • Familiarity with telepsychiatry practices.

  • Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000/year based on experience level.
  • Licensure and CEU Stipend: $2,000/year.
  • Work-from-home Equipment Stipend: $400 (one-time).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days (120 hours), plus one additional day for each year of employment, up to a maximum of 20 days (160 hours).
